The short version
The Klasik Clear C is the second largest size in Albixon’s clear panelled mid height range. It has five sliding modules and stands 155 cm high on the outside, which is below standing height for most adults.
It is one of the few enclosures with a firm price from two UK dealers, and it has one of the more detailed specifications. It also has several details where the maker and the dealers disagree, starting with the warranty.
What it costs
Two UK dealers publish a price for this size. Both sell it as a kit.
| Dealer | Listed price | VAT | With VAT |
|---|---|---|---|
| Aquinium | £16,481 | Included | £16,481 |
| My Pool Direct, “Standard” | £10,682.32 | Not included | £12,818.78 |
| My Pool Direct, “UNBOXED” | £12,682.32 | Not included | £15,218.78 |
The last column for My Pool Direct is our sum, adding VAT at 20 percent as its page says to.
These prices are not like for like. Aquinium’s includes delivery in 8 to 14 weeks, though not unloading. My Pool Direct’s product page does not say what “Standard” and “UNBOXED” mean, or whether either includes delivery. Its general terms say prices for goods include delivery costs. The same terms say in one clause that prices include VAT and in the next that they exclude it, so go by the product page and get the total in writing.
Aquinium prices its options separately:
| Option | Price |
|---|---|
| Assembly on site by the dealer’s team | £1,899 |
| Electric drive with remote control | £6,976 |
| Lockable side door and canopy | £99 |
| Rail extension, 250 cm | £625 |
A third UK dealer, 1st Direct Pools, shows the same model with no price, as a bespoke item with the price on request.
Aquinium’s page does not name the maker. We attribute this enclosure to Albixon because Albixon lists Aquinium as a UK partner and the model name, sizes and track match Albixon’s own Klasik Clear.
Size
- Outer size: 571 cm wide and 1,073 cm long.
- Inner width: 515 cm between the tracks.
- Height: 155 cm on the outside.
- Suits: a pool of 5 by 10 m.
- Modules: five.
What it is made of
- Frame: aluminium alloy, with 40 by 55 mm profiles, in anthracite or silver.
- Glazing: the dealer states 4 mm solid polycarbonate with UV protection, and elsewhere “polycarbonate or SAN”. The maker’s catalogue lists SAN panels for the Klasik Clear sizes. These are different plastics. Ask which one you are buying.
- Track: the AIR rail on both sides, 20 mm high, which can be set into the terrace and walked on.
- Doors: a lockable side door in the largest module and a removable front panel. The rear end is fixed.
- Locking: two stoppers per module, lockable ones as an option.
- Certification: the dealer states NSF safety certification, and the maker’s catalogue says the Klasik range is NSF certified.
Where the sources disagree
- Warranty. Aquinium gives 12 months. The maker’s catalogue advertises ten years on its enclosures without stating terms. My Pool Direct’s warranty page is about fibreglass pools, and the pages we read state no warranty for enclosures.
- Price. The lower dealer price is about 22 percent below the higher one, as set out above.
- Weight. One dealer gives the package as 860 kg and another as 610 kg, for the same package size.
- Glazing. Polycarbonate or SAN, as above.
Who you would be buying from
Albixon does not sell direct in the UK, so your contract is with the dealer.
- My Pool Direct is a trading name of Bespoke Sales Limited (company number 10413239), incorporated on 6 October 2016. Its terms give the company number and say the contract is with that company. When we read the register on 1 October 2026 its accounts and confirmation statement were not overdue. Its terms say an enclosure that has entered manufacture carries a non-refundable deposit, usually 50 percent, and do not say how that deposit is protected.
- Aquinium UK Ltd (company number 14737773) was incorporated on 17 March 2023.
The company part of our score uses the dealer with the lowest price we could verify, which is My Pool Direct.
What we could not find
No wind or snow rating is given for this model on the pages we read. Albixon’s catalogue makes a general claim of 120 km/h and 60 kg per square metre for “most” of its enclosures. Ask whether that includes this one.
We also could not find what My Pool Direct’s two prices each include, or any statement from either dealer of who services the enclosure after it is built.
